STAFF MORGAN RANDALL
Morgan was born in Sylvania, Ohio and moved to San Diego, CA with her parents as a toddler. She attended Francis Parker School through middle school, enjoying classes, friends, and soccer. She played football on the boys’ team and was successful through eighth grade.
Morgan played league soccer for eight years before moving to Santa Barbara as a teen. She graduated from St. Mary’s Academy in Portland, Oregon where she continued her soccer through league activities. Morgan worked ten years at Jakes’ Grill, a high-end Fish and Steak House. She enjoyed the social atmosphere and taking care of customers.
Morgan happily returned to CA in 2018, settling in Goleta. Through her work in property management, she met her husband, Jesse Weider; they were married in 2022 in her parents’ garden. After work, Morgan looks forward to hiking, backpacking, fishing, camping, walking their two dogs, Twix and Aries, and spending time with a large extended family in Goleta and Buellton. Morgan and Jesse are also avid 49er fans!
Supporting seniors’ needs, whether it be housing, personal care, or enhancement of life activities is a perfect match for Morgan’s appreciation of life in Santa Barbara and her ties with family here, including her own parents. Morgan is looking forward to learning about the many outstanding services and home-like setting that Heritage House provides and being a part of the devoted team caring for the residents.
