STAFF TONY WARN

Tony was born and raised in Oxnard, California. He was a graduate of Oxnard High School, class of 2011. He has been working for Heritage House since January, 2022 as the Transportation Coordinator and then as the Facilities Coordinator. He was recently promoted to be the Clinical Assistant, which he finds very rewarding. Before joining the Heritage House team, he worked for a medical equipment company, providing excellent customer service and delivering quality care products with compassion to Hospice patients and their families in the Santa Barbara County vicinity. This experience allowed him to see the opportunities to be a part of an assisted living facility and be able to work with residents and their families.

Tony is a huge sports fan and enjoys watching baseball (Angels), soccer (LAFC), football (Rams) and basketball (Clippers). When he is not at Heritage House, he is at home with his family enjoying quality time with his children. He has a 10-year-old daughter that lives in Atlanta, Georgia who comes to visit during her vacation time and school breaks. Back at home, he has two stepdaughters, ages 11 and 9 and his son who is now five years old and is just starting kindergarten.

Tony can be reached on his cell at 805.320.1879.
